Introduction figures are target averages across the service period, subject to suitable-profile availability, realistic preferences and timely feedback. We guarantee the search, never the marriage. No honest bureau can.
Words we mean precisely
A qualified introduction
An active profile that genuinely meets your documented essential preferences: confirmed current, personally contacted, and whose family has already shown willingness to consider yours. A stale forwarded biodata never counts as one.
Match finalization
The moment both of you, with your families, formally decide to proceed: a roka, an engagement, an ashirbad, or a written yes. The finalization fee is due within seven days of that moment, and your search closes, successfully. The wedding date belongs to you, never to our invoice.
The house rules
Written down before you pay a rupee, because that is what honest looks like.
Fees follow your own annual income. Never your match's, never the two combined. If your person out-earns you, your fee does not move.
Active-search fees are prepaid and non-refundable once the search begins. They buy real hours: sourcing, verification, family calls, follow-ups.
Introductions stay ours for twelve months. Finalize with someone the maison introduced, even after your membership lapses, and the fee stands. Fair both ways.
Loved your first thirty days? Upgrade to Half-Yearly within seven days and the entire first month adjusts against the half-yearly fee.
When both sides of a match are members, each finalization fee is reduced by 10%.
If a finalized alliance is later discontinued between the families, fees earned stay earned; the search can reopen for a reduced reactivation fee.
